My experience with Jim, and the eTc methodology that served as the backdrop for our work together, was outstanding throughout. Having received career coaching previously, I had a baseline understanding of the process and myself – so Jim had a higher bar to meet. He did so with quality, empathy and impact throughout our journey together.

Jim partnered with me to help me discover new insights about myself – my strengths, values and passions. This provided the foundation for defining the next chapter of my professional journey in alignment with what is most important to me holistically across all aspects of my life.

I was fortunate to work with Jim during a major transition in my life and career.  He carefully led me through a series of deeply introspective exercises with patience and insight, providing a critical sounding board that helped me hone in on my key strengths, values, passions, and needs.

Jim brings incredible vision to our work, due to a strategic mindset and deep business understanding which he has acquired in his own successful career.  As a result, he has been able to help me understand my strengths, without ignoring my weaknesses, and this has helped me to really grow and evolve in my role. 

He takes a practical, even Socratic, approach to providing insight into how to solve problems, drive results and motivate others while encouraging a real growth mindset.  How I approach my work and my goals is meaningfully different (better!) now that I work with Jim.
