Why Janus?

Janus was the god of beginnings and transitions in Roman mythology. He was usually depicted as having two faces looking at opposite ways, one towards the past and the other towards the future.

There are times in every career where you may be caught between the past and the future. No matter what you want—investigating independence, landing a new gig, nailing a promotion, or forging an entirely different path—change starts with questions.

The practical ones: Can I afford to make a change? Can I afford not to?

The predictive ones: What’s my next move? Should I stick it out?

The philosophic ones: Is this all there is? Is it too late for a change?

They’re questions, and they’ll remain that way unless examined with care and patience.

And we are just the thought partner to help you explore them, challenge them, and turn them into action. Together, we’ll create the conditions to imagine the unimaginable to make possible the impossible.
